career at Accenture, the management consulting and technology services
organization. She was the first professional female to join the company
in1965. In 1979 she became Accenture first female partner. In 2002 Susan
Butler was Managing Partner for Accenture's Office of the CEO
Susan Butler is president and founder of the Susan Bulkeley Butler Institute
for the Development of Women Leaders (www.sbbinstitute.org). Her aim is
to mentor and educate girls and women to improve their lives
